You are not looking for furniture off a shelf. You are looking for a partner who can take a hotel from drawing to installed room, in the quantities a property needs, to a standard that survives years of daily use. That is what we do. For over fifty years we have worked as a contract partner for hotels, drawing on a supply chain of Italian workshops, and today we deliver that work across Italy and to projects abroad.
Made-in-Italy contract furniture for hotels, wherever you build
Why hoteliers abroad choose Italian contract furniture
Italian manufacturing is not a marketing line, it is a way of building. Bespoke pieces cut to the real walls of a room, materials chosen to last under intensive use, finishes that can be touched up rather than thrown away, and fire-safety requirements respected from the design stage. When the same room has to be reproduced across dozens of keys and stay consistent for years, that discipline is what keeps the property looking new. You can read what sits behind the word in our guide to what contract furniture means.
One partner, from the survey to the installed room
The value is not only the furniture, it is having a single point of contact who answers for the result. We start from a site survey, build the project and the specification, produce to measure through the Italian supply chain, then deliver and install, ideally with the property still running. Bedrooms, bathrooms, reception and lobby, breakfast rooms and common areas: the whole property, coordinated by one team instead of a dozen suppliers.
- Hotel bedroom furniture, made to measure for every room type
- Common areas, reception and lobby
- Luxury hotel furniture for high-end properties
- Turnkey hotel furniture, from the drawing to the finished room
Delivered worldwide, and to projects abroad
Most of our work is in Italy, from city hotels to seaside and mountain resorts, but the same made-to-measure approach travels. If you are developing or renovating a hotel outside Italy and you want Italian craftsmanship behind it, tell us the project and we will tell you honestly how we can deliver it, with a site survey and a no-obligation quote.
Frequently asked questions
Is the furniture really made in Italy?
Yes. Every piece comes from our own supply chain of Italian workshops, where cabinetmakers, upholsterers and metal specialists build to contract standards. We have worked as a contract partner for over fifty years, so the craft behind a headboard or a wardrobe is Italian from the first cut to the final finish.
Do you handle the whole property or single items?
Both. You can bring us one custom reception desk or the fit-out of every guest room, corridor and public area. One point of contact follows the job throughout, which keeps specification, budget and delivery aligned.
How long does a hotel furniture project take?
A typical guest-room programme runs three to five months from approved drawings to installed rooms, depending on volume and finishes. We plan production around your opening date and phase deliveries so the site is never waiting on furniture.
