Installation is the moment a furniture project becomes a room ready to welcome guests. Our own installation teams handle every project worldwide: furniture delivered and fitted by people who know every panel of the design.
It’s the final step in the journey from design to hotel, and the one where the difference between an ordinary supplier and a responsible partner shows most: the people fitting it know every panel, every hinge and every tolerance in the design.
Installation in an open hotel, without disturbing guests
Most refurbishments take place in hotels that stay open. That’s why we organise installation by floor or by block of rooms: work happens on one wing while the rest of the property runs as normal, with timings agreed with reception and walkways kept clear. Each room is handed over finished, clean and photo-ready, one at a time.
Our own teams, not improvised fitters
Fitting contract furniture calls for specific expertise: wall fixings built for heavy use, headboards and full-height wardrobes, desks with a minibar to connect, soft-close hardware that needs adjusting. Our teams install only our own furniture, every week of the year: they know the pieces before they even open the packaging.
How we run an installation site
- Shared schedule: dates and the floor sequence are agreed with management, around your bookings.
- Logistics included: transport, moving furniture to each floor and disposing of packaging are all part of the supply.
- Removal of old furniture: on request, we take away and dispose of your existing furniture.
- Room-by-room testing: doors, drawers, fixings and levels checked before each room is handed over.
Worldwide, on the project’s schedule
We install worldwide, islands included, coordinating production and installation on the same schedule: furniture leaves production in the order it will be fitted.
